Julie McGoldrick is a McGill University graduate and has worked in the field of learning and development for the past 20 years. Her passion is directed at cultivating a culture of learning where all employees actively engage in activities that promote career satisfaction and growth at every level.
As Insurity’s AVP of L&D, she sets the strategic vision for employee development, working closely with stakeholders to develop everything from Onboarding to leadership development and organizational Talent Review programs, in addition to executing on the company’s SI partners’ product training certification programs.
Troy Petrick is a 25-year veteran of the pharmaceutical industry and has worked at Pfizer, Abbvie, Solvay, Arbor and Azurity. His experience encompasses sales, sales leadership, leadership development, sales / commercial operations, and training and development. His formal education includes an undergraduate degree in education and a graduate degree in curriculum design and instruction. Troy’s progressive disposition has helped to position him as a leader in virtual learning and selling and as a pioneer in private, corporate podcasting.
