We have 30 winners, actually!
Our call for applications for the Thirty Under 30 program netted many top-notch applicants. Unfortunately, we couldn’t accept all of them. So the program team hunkered down and made the difficult choices.
In the past couple of weeks, we sent happy news to our newly minted Thirty Under 30 cohort members. It’s always fun to “meet” these exceptional L&D professionals and feel their excitement at being part of the program.
In the next few weeks, they will virtually meet their cohort leaders — veteran Thirty Under 30 members from the last two cohorts — and hear more about the exciting programming in store for them at Learning 2022.
They’ll also participate in the full conference. And we’re excited to welcome some past cohort members as presenters this year during our concurrent sessions. The Thirty Under 30 program is not all about the on-site event, either: The cohort connects and collaborates throughout the year, primarily online.
This program is one way the Learning Guild invests in the future of L&D, nurtures up-and-coming leaders, and celebrates the talent and passion that these young professionals bring to our field. They are an inspiring and innovative bunch who show us all that our profession has a glowing future.
